Right of withdrawal
Consumers may return a product within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Notify us by phone, WhatsApp or email within this period.
Conditions
- The product must be unused, not installed and resaleable.
- Return it with all parts and accessories, ideally in the original packaging, with a copy of the invoice.
- Custom-made products produced to the buyer's specifications are excluded.
Return shipping
Return shipping is free when sent with the carrier we designate. Within Mersin we can collect the product or you can drop it at our store.
Refunds
Refunds are made to the paying bank account within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice.
Defective products — service warranty
Products with manufacturing or material defects are covered by our service warranty: they are inspected at our service, repaired free of charge, or replaced if repair is not possible. Damage from misuse, incorrect wiring or unauthorised modification is not covered.
Transport damage
- Check the package on delivery. If it is damaged or incomplete, have the carrier record a damage report.
- Transport damage claims are handled between the buyer and the carrier on the basis of that report.
- You can send the product with the report to our service for repair; we support the assessment and repair.
Statutory rights
Your rights under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 for defective goods remain reserved.
