Flush mounting in sandwich panels for factories and warehouses

For construction, steel-structure and warehouse contractors: fans are flush-mounted into sandwich-panel, trapezoidal-sheet or masonry wall openings. Project-based bulk supply and an installation kit for fast, weather-tight installs.

Panel cut-out
A square opening is cut in the sandwich panel to the fan size.

Sheet-metal frame
The galvanized mounting frame is fitted into the opening and screwed in.

Which fan should be used for a greenhouse?

Greenhouses typically use high-airflow square axial fans. 100x100 cm suits small and medium greenhouses, while 140x140 cm delivers the same air exchange with fewer units in large greenhouses. Your greenhouse's width, length and height are enough for an exact selection.

How large an area can a farm fan cover?

The area one fan covers depends on ceiling height, animal density and the required air changes per hour. The Choose Your Fan calculator on this page recommends a fan count based on your building volume.

What is the difference between 100x100 and 140x140 fans?

The 140x140 cm fan moves more air thanks to its larger blade diameter, so large volumes need fewer units. The 100x100 cm fan fits more compact openings and is offered with a 380V motor.

What is the difference between 220V and 380V fans?

220V fans connect directly to single-phase mains. 380V (three-phase) fans run more steadily and efficiently in facilities with industrial power. The 140x140 fan comes in both options; the 100x100 fan comes in 380V.

How many fans do I need?
