This agreement governs the sale and delivery of products ordered online, under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.
Price & payment
Model, housing type, quantity and VAT-inclusive price are shown in the order summary. Prices include 20% VAT. Payment is by bank transfer; shipping outside Mersin is paid by the buyer.
Delivery
Products are delivered to the given address within the legal 30-day period after payment is confirmed.
Withdrawal
The buyer may withdraw within 14 days of delivery; refunds are made within 14 days of notice. Custom-made products are excluded.
Disputes
Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at the buyer's place of residence are competent.
